Estate Planning & Elder Law Seminars Scheduled
By Barry Zimmer on May 1st, 2014 in Elder Law, Estate Planning
Studies are done periodically that measure the preparedness of Americans from an estate planning perspective. Time after time, the results are not encouraging. Most adults in the United States have not executed all of the appropriate estate planning documents, and many do not even know what elder law covers.
This lack of preparedness stems in large part from a lack of understanding. When you know all the facts, you understand why advance planning is necessary, and you will generally take action.
With the above in mind, our firm endeavors to provide educational opportunities to people here in the greater Cincinnati area. To this end we offer free seminars that focus on various different specific estate planning and elder law topics.
We have a number of seminars scheduled over the coming months. These seminars cover diverse topics, including caregiver survival; wills, trusts, and nursing home asset protection; the ins and outs of long-term care; the challenges working caregivers face; and other compelling topics.
While there is no charge to attend our seminars, we do ask that you register in advance so that we know how many people to expect.
