If you call Zimmer Law Firm, the voice you’ll hear answer the phone is that of Brenda Schuttinger, who joined the firm in 2017 as administrative assistant. Likewise if you visit the office, she will greet you with her warm smile and a friendly hello, and get you seated and ready for your meeting. We like to call Schuttinger our Director of First Impressions, and we’re happy to have her here because she is impressive! Of her new position she says, “I enjoy the ability to personally connect with the clients. They become new friends and acquaintances. It is obvious to me that in the short time I’ve been here, the staff takes personal pride in what they can accomplish for their clients. It really does take the team to make it a great experience!”
For fun she and her husband Jim like to host family get-togethers. (She has three sons, two step sons and three grandchildren.) She also enjoys working in the yard, going to movies and plays, and taking short trips. Schuttinger formerly worked seven years in a medical administrative background, and was the office manager in a recruiting/staffing company for ten years.
